MEASURING THETA_13 WITH NEUTRINO BEAMS

This talk will discuss high-energy neutrino beam searches for a
non-zero value of the unknown neutrino mixing matrix parameter
theta_13, focusing mainly on the upcoming T2K (Tokai to Kamioka)
high-intensity neutrino beam from J-PARC to Super-K.  I will consider
also future efforts in the US, including a possible long baseline experiment
using a beam from Fermilab to the DUSEL underground laboratory.
